Production Floor Laborer
Location: Dacono, CO Florence, Indiana Lakeland, FL Brookshire, TX
Description: Production floor laborer.
Qualifications: Produce precast concrete products. Setup, pour, strip, and finish concrete products on the production floor. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs., read a tape measure, and read simple mechanical drawings. Speak and read English fluently. Drug free!
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Pay: Hourly $20 and up, depending on experience and location. Signing bonus $500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months. Referral bonus: $500 after 6 months.

Equipment Operator / Yard Leadman
Location: Brookshire, TX
Trenwa Inc., a nationwide leader in precast concrete trench solutions, is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Equipment Operator / Yard Leadman.
Responsibilities include safely operating forklifts (up to 30,000 lbs.), front-end loaders, and overhead bridge and jib cranes; loading and unloading products; inspecting equipment; organizing materials; and maintaining a clean yard. The ideal candidate has leadership and communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a focus on continuous improvement. Precast concrete experience is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on qualifications
