We are building a new 25,000 sq ft., state of the art, high bay production facility on 10 acres near Florence, IN and plan to move our Warsaw, KY operations there when completed later this year. Watch this page for information and progress photos.
We selected Radius Construction as the general contractor, Crane-Tec as the crane supplier, and Advanced Concrete Technologies for the SmartMix batch plant.
We broke ground on July 14th. See progress photos below

3/26/11 - final inside photos.





3/7/11 - We are almost done and ready to move in on 3/11/11. We expect to be in operation on Monday.





2/18/11 - Really, really getting close. We're down to final electrical, details and cleanup. Some outstide concrete work also has to be completed.

1/5/11 - Really getting close. Drywall, paint and flooring in office is done. Finishing sheeting of batch plant and fab shop.
12/3/10 - Main building and office are almost done.

11/15 -11/19/10 - installing the ACT batch plant.
ACT sent Kai John from Germany to assist us with mechanical installation. With his guidance and the expertise of Troy Ashcraft of Radius Construction this went really well. Everything lined up according to the drawings and looks very nice.

11/9/10 - framing the office area.
11/9/10 - the washout area is done.
11/9/10 - the mixer arrives and gets off loaded.
11/5/10 - completing the block and pouring the washout pits.
10/29/10 - All the main building Red Iron is up. Sheeting the roof and finishing the batch plant concrete.
10/22/10 - More RED IRON going up.
10/12/10 - 350BBL Silo gets delivered.
10/11/10 - Roofing and block work.
10/1/10 - Erecting the first set of columns and frames.
9/24/10 - Pouring the first section of the slab
9/17/10 - Starting to dig the footers and the grade beam.
8/27/10 - Mirafil Geotext grid and first layer of Dense Grade Aggregate layed and compacted. Waiting for the efficient and helpful bureaucrats in Indiana to give us a building permit!
8/6/10 - Graded and berms seeded.
7/20/10 - Stripping topsoil
