Our CAD libraries of trench drawings are here for your reference and incorporation into engineering designs. They are organized by trench type and load rating. Select the category to the left.
File formats are AutoCAD 2004 and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
The part numbering convention for all but Component style is:
- X designates the type of part
- B for base
- L for lid
- W for end wall
- etc...
- Y designates the load rating
- P for pedestrian
- M for medium vehicle
- H for HS20 road crossing
- Z is for any options or variants.
- W designates the inside nominal width of the trench if applicable.
- D designates the inside nominal depth of the trench.
- L is for the length.
Example: BHC2016-120 is for a Base, H20 rated, 20" wide by 16" deep designed for Concrete lids and is 120" long.
Example: BP4024-096 is for a Base, Pedestrian rated, 40" wide by 24" deep and is 96" long.
For Component style trench only.
AAXXYY is a lid where X is the trench width and Y is the lid length. Example AA2030.
BXXYY is sidewall where X is the height and Y is the length. Example B1660
CXXYYZZ is a bracket where X is the trench width, Y is the bracket length and Z is the bracket height. Example C200815
